Yes. The meet and greet is a chance for us to meet before your first booking. I'll spend time getting to know your pets, learning their routines, reviewing care instructions, and discussing any special needs or concerns. We'll also go over home access, emergency contacts, and where food, leashes, litter supplies, and medications are kept.My goal is to make sure you feel confident and your pets are comfortable before services begin.
The earlier the better, especially for holidays and peak travel periods. Availability is limited and not guaranteed without a confirmed booking.
No. I focus exclusively on in-home drop-ins and dog walking. This allows me to provide consistent, routine-based care to multiple households each day.
I currently serve Ogden, Murrayville, King's Grant, and Mayfaire (not including Landfall). I intentionally keep my service area small so I can stay reliable and fully present for each visit.
Yes. We are insured and registered as an LLC with the state of North Carolina.
I offer walks and visits 7 days a week between the hours of 6am-9pm
For simplicity, I enroll all clients in PetPocketbook AutoPay, which allows invoices to be paid securely through the app. Please note that PetPocketbook applies a 5% processing fee to payments made through the platform.Invoices are generated after services are completed and are automatically processed through AutoPay on the following Monday for visits completed during the previous week.If you would prefer to pay by Venmo instead, that's absolutely fine. Venmo payments simply need to be received before services begin @SnyderPetServices.
